So Johnny's been turned to dust but Max seems to still be alive although for how long, who knows? He's in quite a jam now with the good professor's return. So what do you guys think, will he survive Rebirth or will he be another addition to the list of speedsters who have been killed in this mini alone?

He'll most likely survive because Geoff Johns already said that there will be an addition to the flash family after rebirth so... if johnny is dust then that will most likely leave Mercury to survive

And when Geoff was asked if the speedster was a completely new character he wouldn't say. If he said no then that would pretty much confirm it's Max. I don't see him creating a new speedster at this point in time and to make Bart happy, it seems clear that Max will make it through all this.

I'm still saying that the new speedster will be Liberty Belle, transformed back into Jessie Quick.

Okay, I see two equally desirable paths that his fate could take. - Max survives, probably becomes Bart's mentor, and all is right with the world.
- Max dies, or something else happens to keep Max out of the picture, but Bart gains closure and most all is right with the world.
