Thanks to Kelson's site, I read over AICN's interview with Mark Waid. As always, he was entertaining & informative. But one pic with the interview roused my interest: That is a terrific Flash statue but can anyone give me a name, label, or description for it? I've tried looking all over for any info on it and haven't been able to find anything on it. (It looks as if it's based off of Wieringo's work.)

Hmmm that a togh one... Im thinking its a custom because the only statue I can think of from that time period was ont that had a wave behind it.

It reminds me of a statue based on Wieringo's art that had Flash running over the crest of an ocean wave. Maybe it's a prototype? Although now that I think about it, I remember it looking like the image in Savitar's signature.
Annoyingly enough, I can't find any pictures of the one I'm thinking about online.

Do you mean this: It was released back in '95. So far, it's closest item I've found resembling that statue. Maybe it is a commissioned work just for Waid. Nothing wrong with that, it still looks great. Now, mayhaps, to go after this statue instead.......
