It's pretty nice, but I was hoping for more in the write-up bios. They're not all that helpful to new readers trying to get into the Flashverse, I think.
Still, it'll introduce all the characters a bit, which might be good enough.

Since I love Scott Kolins and Francis Manpaul, this was not a bad read. I'm still not okay with the murder of Barry's parents but its something that isn't going anywhere so I'll get over it. This issue was filled with hints to the future, and things that may have changed about the past.

The profiles were a lot better than the story, IMO, but then I'm always a sucker for books like Who's Who. The story just seemed pointless. The hints are intriguing: the return of John Fox? Kadabra has more enemies? Weather Wizard's wand was a commission? I'm still bothered by the implication that they're (possibly) erasing Max Mercury's origin and sweeping Wally's lending/stealing speed powers under the rug, though. Srsly, his special speed force talent is making his costume? Full review on my blog as usual.
