For those who did not pick up this issue, allow me to transcribe Wally's scene with Cyborg. Any grammatical errors were in the comic. Blame the editors.
Cyborg: I'm glad you answered the call. Made this a hell of a lot easier having our resident speedster onboard. With Dick going off to Gotham, and Gar and Raven returning to San Fransisco, I was beginning to think we were going to start calling ourselves the Titans trio.
Wally: I can't stay Vic, I was already spread thin it thin--even for me--with both the Titans and the Justice League. Not to mention Linda and my kids. And now--Barry's back. He was the symbol for everything I do. He's back from the dead, and I want to be there for him.
Cyborg: Barry got along fine before you were around Wally. We need you here. Now more than ever.
Wally: I know. And I'm sorry. But I need him right now. My whole life has changed since he left. I got married. Became a father. I may not be Kid Flash anymore, but that doesn't mean there isn't still a lot I could learn from him. I'm not going to miss this chance again. But if its an emergency, I'll come running.
Cyborg: Sure thing--Wally.

So, how do you feel about Wally's words and actions?
