I enjoyed the book quite a bit. As a huge GL fan, I've been looking forward to this for awhile.

Just picked up #2 and the parts with Barry and Hal were incredibly awesome. Good old fashioned GL/Flash team-up stuff and it was sweet!

You know it's funny I actually hadn't seen them on my first read through. Then I saw your post and looked back and I saw them! Rainbow Raider, Golden Glider, Top, Sam Scudder's Mirror Master, and who's the other guy? Is that supposed to be Trickster?

Here they are! i73.photobucket.com/albums/i227/liabrown/zombierogues.jpgMy brain is attuned to pattern recognition. I noticed Raider first, then the Top, then Glider

I still don't see how we have a Black Lantern Mirror Master. Not only did he die at the beginning of the universe - but he was disintegrated.
oh... and I would think Golden Glider wouldn't have such firm zombie cleavage.

Firestorm was disintegrated in an explosion, and he's hale and hearty. We saw Dolphin's head re-form in this issue (and Black Hand's brain in the GL series), so I'm guessing that's how it works. The zombie cleavage disturbs me. Although maybe I should have expected it, because my husband made a joke about her and zombie panty shots a few weeks ago

Granted ...I'm arguing comic book logic here, but Firestorm has a history of disembodiment and subsequent reformation. Dolphin and Black Hand actually have a corpreal visage to reconstitute from (assuming the rings help a bit with that) but Mirror Master radio-carbon breakdown would have cycled a few times by this point. SO THERE!

The true answer is that Sam Scudder is so awesome that even disintegration and carbon recycling can't keep him down He is just that good.

Geoff has said that the ressurected Black Lanterns are returned to a state that resembles how they were when they were living. Therfore, Sam Scudder having a body could be potentially explained. But I like mania's idea too haha, despite being more of a McCulloch fan.

Scudder was a total pimp, and doesn't get the credit he deserves for organizing and often leading the early Rogues. People often seem to talk like Cold was always the boss, but he wasn't, of course.
Plus, Scudder was a genius inventor, on par with the Top as the Rogues' best engineers. McCulloch (who I like too) has more weird stunts he can do, but he's riding on Scudder's work.
Honestly, if the zombie Rogues don't get punked out, they'll be absolutely deadly. With their powers, smarts, and unkillability (not to mention the emotional hold some of them have), they should slaughter the living Rogues.
