Getting the issue in like a half an hour so I'm resisting very hard to hold back from seeing it...just tell me, is it a nice costume?

I think most people will like it... I like the design - but I really think Wally deserved something to really distinguish himself a bit more. I don't see Wally ever getting his own series wearing that unless they choose to deep six Barry.

I liked the design. Wasn't so major that it didn't seem like Wally but gave kind of a darker, sharper look. And the white eyes brought me back to the the 90s . I was even more surprised by Irey's costume change.

The new costume is ok but will Wally always be squinting his eyes from now on.

I like it, but based on all the hoopla, I was expecting something more different. I like the belt design. The simplified logo would seem an easier way to distinguish between Wally and Barry but I could see where it might lead to confusion because of it's similarity to the JLU Flash logo.

Yeah, I think everyone was expecting something a bit more different than what we got but EVS did say that it would be familiar yet different which is pretty much how his new suit ended up looking.

Well the JLU Flash was Wally anyway, so I don't see where any confusion based on the logo would come from.

A brand is something you don't want to dilute. Brands are intended to generate recognition. You and I know who Barry and Wally are but not everyone knows who Flash is - much less the fact that there are three of them. If DC is positioning Barry for movie release, confusing the brand logo diffuses this effort - unless they plan to keep Wally relatively low profile like Jay Garrick.

I see what you're saying but I think it'd only be a problem if Barry's logo was changed. Wally isn't the one being set up for a movie.

I like the new design. I was very nervous in regards to how it was going to be handled. I was afraid that TPTB would have wally back wearing a costume that harkened back to his Kid Flash costume. Thankfully, we have been given a nice amalgamation of animated Flash and the crimson/white eye costume from #50.
